Maintenance Dispute
Acted for the Respondent in a child maintenance application where the Court considered the extent to which maintenance could be backdated, and whether a father had neglected to maintain children where he was unaware that the children were his biological offspring. XSR v XSS [2025] SGFC 108
International Child Abduction and Relocation Dispute
Acted for a father in a contested international relocation dispute following the unlawfully removal of his Children from Singapore to Australia, securing a return order and interim care arrangements. Instructed as expert witness in the Family Court of Western Australia (Colin John Blanch (Commissioner of Police, Western Australia Police) and Morgan [2024] FCWA 88), providing expert evidence on Singapore law relating to child custody and habitual residence.
Secured a Court-Ordered Sale of a Joint Property
We represented a business owner in a dispute over a SGD 2.6 million co-owned property, where the former business partner refused to contribute to mortgage and maintenance of the property.
