Business Services & Support Staff
As a forward-thinking practice keen to stay ahead of the curve, we have phased out the role of secretaries. Instead, we train and empower members of our administrative team to handle a wide range of duties in the running of our practice, including client-facing roles and responsibilities. The administrative team member stands shoulder to shoulder with our legal practitioner to meet the legal needs of our clients.

Practice Trainee
Disciples become Masters in time.
Good lawyers are trained, not simply hired. We see each practice trainee as a gem in the rough, and our training contract in Singapore is built around discovering that brilliance and buffing out the weaknesses, through structured exposure across our Practice Groups and direct involvement in live client matters from an early stage.
We aim to take on no more than one trainee per Practice Group each year. This deliberate intake allows each trainee to work closely with Directors and senior lawyers, receive regular feedback, and take on real responsibility rather than routine support work. Trainees are expected to exercise initiative and sound judgment, and are given the room to do so.
Trainees who are called to the Singapore Bar and complete the training programme satisfactorily can expect to be retained. We welcome applications from candidates who are serious about building strong practice fundamentals.
Legal Internship
Our internships offer a fully immersive experience, giving you a close-up view of how a Singapore law practice operates and a genuine feel for our firm’s culture. Interns support our lawyers with legal research and general administrative work, all of which forms part and parcel of practice life.
Interns are required to commit to a minimum of one month, with internship periods available between May and August.
