Singapore Law Firm, Yuen Law recognised for their work in Corporate M&A in Asia Law Profiles 2021

The full-service law practice has a firm forte in transactions, with multimillion-dollar deals among its notable cases.

Boutique law firm Yuen Law LLC has been recognised as a Notable firm in the practice area of Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions in the 2021 edition of asialaw Profiles.

In the eight years since its founding in 2012, the go-getting Singapore law practice has grown to offer a full suite of legal services.

Yuen Law has built a solid reputation for its Corporate work for clients ranging from MNCs to SMEs and start-ups. Its metier in transactions invariably sees its lawyers sit across the table from big law firms in multimillion-dollar deals, and the firm advised on over 30 M&A and fundraising transactions in 2019.

The Corporate Practice Group is helmed by managing director Samuel Yuen and associate director Michelle Chan, who are supported by associates Su Myat Htun and Joyslyn Long.

The team works in close collaboration to provide invaluable legal advice to clients that include venture capitalists, manufacturers, fintech firms, biotech companies, pharmaceuticals, medical clinics, retailers and social enterprises both in Singapore and overseas.

“We are a small boat in the ocean, setting big waves into motion,” said Samuel Yuen, on this achievement. “We will press on, to hone our skills to a higher level.”
