Among Yuen Law’s noteworthy investment fund cases:
- Acted for Real Tech Fund, a Japanese venture capital fund, in its US$10 million Series A investment in Vflowtech Pte. Ltd, a Singapore-based energy storage solutions company. We reviewed and advised on the term sheet, subscription agreement, shareholders’ agreement and other transaction documents.
- Acted for Pine Venture Partners, an investment fund manager, leading the US$3.7 million Series A investment round into ZumVet, a startup offering remote pet care services, following its seed financing round in 2021, in which Pine Venture Partners had also participated in.
- Acted for Verge Healthtech Fund I Pte. Ltd., a venture capital fund focused on health technology at its earliest stages. Verge Healthtech Fund I Pte Ltd invests in transformative technology that makes healthcare accessible, better in quality and efficiency, and reaches underserved markets in Asia and beyond. The target company in this transaction was Renssoft Global Solutions Pte. Ltd., whose subsidiary Renssoft Solutions Limited is a health tech company based in Bangladesh.

The Singapore’s Best Law Firms 2024 were selected and rated based on more than 12,000 recommendations from a total of 6,000+ fellow legal professionals and clients in an annual survey by Statista, independent market research company who publishes well-established rankings and company listings with high profile media partners across the globe, including top lists of law firms from various countries.
