Kevin Chua, Senior Director at Yuen Law LLC, has launched the second edition of “Contract Smart: Understanding Contract Law in Singapore”, published by Marshall Cavendish International (Asia) Pte Ltd. This updated edition builds on the original guide and provides a practical, lawyer’s perspective on contract law, making complex legal concepts accessible for business owners and professionals who want to understand contract law and how it applies to real-world commercial issues.
Kevin has over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Early in his career, he served as a legal officer at the then-Registry of Companies and Businesses (now ACRA), gaining first-hand insight into how the law affects individuals and businesses in everyday transactions.

This second edition includes updates on emerging areas such as smart contracts, digital signatures, and contractual challenges arising from extraordinary circumstances, including a pandemic.”
