Full-Spectrum Employment Advice for Corporates
Backed by a full-service Corporate practice, our employment lawyers structure, manage and protect the employer-employee relationship for businesses across Singapore.
Led by Managing Director Samuel Yuen and Senior Director Kevin Chua, our employment lawyers work within Yuen Law’s Corporate practice giving clients direct access to the same team handling their commercial, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters. We are regularly engaged by employers across technology, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing, including matters involving senior management, cross-border teams and unionised workforces.
Our practice covers the full employment lifecycle, drafting and structuring employment contracts and incentive schemes, managing workforce mobility and immigration, designing workplace policies and disciplinary frameworks, and advising on restructuring, retrenchment and separation.
For workplace investigations and contentious employment claims, our Dispute Resolution practice, led by Director Amos Cai and Denise Teo, works alongside the Corporate practice.
