Revised Enhanced Mediation Promotion Scheme (REMPS)

If you’re considering using mediation to resolve an IP dispute, you may be interested in the Revised Enhanced Mediation Promotion Scheme (REMPS). This scheme offers funding of up to S$10,000 (for disputes involving Singapore IP rights) or S$14,000 (for disputes involving both Singapore and foreign IP rights) to help defray mediation-related costs.
