We are delighted to share that Yuen Law has been ranked in the Chambers Asia-Pacific Legal Guide 2023 in the area of Startups & Emerging Companies for the third year running.
We would also like to congratulate our Managing Director and head of our Corporate Practice Group Samuel Yuen, on being recognised by Chambers as a Notable Practitioner in the same practice area.
Chambers and Partners’ guide is an esteemed, trusted reference for clients. The latest rankings of the region’s leading lawyers and firms for specific practice areas were announced following seven months of rigorous research and analysis.
Besides demonstrable expertise and experience and commercial awareness, departments and lawyers are also assessed on the quality of their client services, diligence and cost effectiveness.
Yuen Law and Samuel Yuen were ranked Band 4 among over 3,500 departments and 6,400 legal practitioners in the Asia-Pacific recognised in the guide.
As Chambers’ research team noted, Yuen Law’s team of lawyers in Singapore serves start-ups, emerging companies and SMEs, while offering further capabilities in advising angel investors, VC and investment funds on financings in emerging and growth companies.
The guide further noted that Samuel Yuen “is well placed to advise on the full range of advice, from early-stage financings, M&A and investments to IP matters and regulatory compliance”.
The Chambers’ recognition wraps 2022 up for us on a high note. We thank God and all our clients for a fulfilling year, and look forward to many more years of serving to our utmost.
