We are pleased to announce that Mr Amos Cai has been promoted to Director of Yuen Law LLC with effect from 1 January 2021. Amos’ commitment to excellence in his work and quick thinking has led to many successes for clients, winning their trust and confidence, and numerous referrals.
Amos joined Yuen Law as a Senior Associate in 2018, his astute capabilities as a legal practitioner and his innate leadership saw him quickly positioned to helm the Disputes Practice.
Amos Cai’s Legal Expertise
Amos handles all disputes, including complex commercial cases in the courts, pre-litigation work including negotiations, mediation, and private settlements. The breadth of his extensive litigation experience includes shareholders, equity and trust claims, employment, construction claims, property law claims, commercial disputes, debt recovery, bankruptcy/insolvency, defamation, medical negligence, personal injury and motor accident, and criminal matters.
