Yuen Law LLC has acted for the vendors in the sale of Simply Sakal Pte. Ltd., a tech-enabled property management company in Singapore, to Ohmyhome Ltd. (NASDAQ: OMH) for a consideration of approximately S$4.7 million. The acquisition was effected through Ohmyhome (BVI) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ohmyhome.
