Fuelled by a passion for helping local and foreign companies set up new businesses in Singapore and structuring legal solutions towards achieving a client’s commercial aim, Angeline has often advised local and international clients on the mode and structure of setting up new businesses and advised on projects relating to joint ventures and sale and purchase of companies and businesses. Angeline’s clients range from start ups to multinationals.
Angeline is a language enthusiast who is fluent in English and Chinese, and is also proficient in German. Armed with this advantage, Angeline effectively communicates with non-English speaking clients and helps them understand foreign contracts and legal issues.
