We are pleased to announce that Ms Angeline Wong has joined Yuen Law LLC as an Associate Director with its award winning Corporate Practice Group, with effect from 1 April 2021 specialising in corporate mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate financing.
Angeline was last the in-house counsel for a composite engineering and research & development start-up.
Prior to her in-house role, Angeline was a partner in a boutique law firm, where she advised clients in setting up new businesses and assisting MNCs in mergers and acquisitions projects. Angeline has also had experience in managing client projects relating to the public raising of funds.
Angeline is a polygot fluent in English and Chinese, and also competent in German.
Angeline has a passion for helping local and foreign companies set up new businesses in Singapore and structuring legal solutions towards achieving a client’s commercial aim.
With an eye for detail whilst being perceptive to clients’ commercial direction and purpose, she works with the mantra, “Always ensure scenarios and details are covered with a constant eye on the big picture.”
Mental dexterity and forward planning are part and parcel of her approach to legal drafting, and she takes pride in preparing for specific scenarios at hand as well as changing circumstances.
